different rates of duty are chargeable, there
shall be levied, collected and paid on such
noo-euumerated article, the same rate of daty
as is chargeable on the artiele which it reeea-
bles paying (he kigheet duty. Provided, that
small articles manufactured from two or more
materials, the duty shall be aeeeesed at the
highest rates at whieh any of ita component
