W. E.Haoan, Troy, N. Y.,— Dear Sir: llaviug
used your Hair Coloring or Restorative, and being
much pleased with it, 1 take pleasure in making
the following statement: From the effects of a
very severe lit of sickuesn, when about 18 years of
age, my lmir commenced turning grey, and so
continued to grow until it became, perfectly white ,
being very harsh and coarse, bast summer 1 had
reuclied my filly-third year, when I was induced
by a friend to pure huso two bottles of lieiinstreel's
Hair Kcitcrstivc Tccircd L ,v *on. f oom
using it according to directions, and in a few days
wax surprised to find that my loiir from (he roots
outward was turning back to its original color.
It so continued to grow until it whs as truly
brown and glossy us it was in rny youthful days,
and it now fully restored to ilt original color.
MV LA BEAMAN.
Essex County, hs. —My la Buaman came before
me and was duly sworn, and says that tho above
statement is true, this Oth day of February, 1868.
JOEL F. PUTTER, Justice of tho Peace.
PITTS FORD, Vt., August 1. 1867.
I hereby certify that my hair having become
quite grey, 1 used Ileimstreet’s Hair Restorative
(prepared by W. K. Hagan, Troy, N. Y..) for four
weekn, and my hair was in that time restored to
its original color. I ran fully recommend tho ar
ticle to be all it claims.
WILLIAM KINGSLEY,
Pastor of the Baptist Church, Pittsford, Vt.
Mr. W. E Hauan: 1 have used Ileimstreet’s Hair
Restorative for three years, and And it to be armat
excellent article. It not only restored the color < f
my hair, giving it new life and strength, but it
cured myself and wife of a most obstiuate eruption
upon the scalp, which nothing else seemed Ut bentjlt.
I fully believe it to be tho best article in use.
Yours, respectfully,
KNOWLTON HOWLAND.
The above aro but a few of the many letters of
recommendation which have been tendered tf* the
proprietors of Ileimstreet’s llslr Coloring or Re
storative. It has been osod by thousands of pur
ple, and it never falls to restore the color and
growth of the hair. This siugular effect Is not
produced as when dyes are used ; for Its acts upon
the natural secretions of coloring matter at the
roots, aud thus effects the change. The oobrr pro
duetil is not a counttrfeii, but the natural shade of
youth. It does not color the skin.

Tltero is no abatement in the dullness
which characterized tho cotton market
at the close of last week, and under the

increased crop estimates, and less satis
