BEFORE me, Dalziei Hunter, Justice of
the Peace for the county of Richmond,
personally appeared W llium Trader, of An
gpifa, labourer, who being duly sworn on the
Holy Evaugelifts of*Almighty God, doth on
bis oath declare and fay, that having engaged
b 1 mfc!t to work with Sherwood Allen, of said
place, for the space of twelve months, which
this deponent meant and iutended to have
performed faithfully, J but was altoge
ther out of his power fdr want of fuffic:-
ent food to subsist on, and for want of bed
ding to Iheltci him from the inclemency of
the weather. .This deponent further faith,
that he gave the said Allen due notice of his
intention of leaving him, having then wrought
ten days m the disagreeable situation already
mentioned, and without receiving from the
laid Alien one farthfug of recompense sot the

ON the Petition of John Twiggs, Esq.
guardian of the pcrfon and estate of Je
remiah Dyas, and on hearing the cause shewn
by Mr. Willoby Barton, why au attachment
thouid'not iflue against him for a contempt; Itis
ordered, That John Milton, Thomas Glafcock,
and Amafa jackfon, Esquires, be, and they are
hereby appointed Auditors to examine the ac
counts and proceedings of the said Willoby
Barton, as trustee of the estate of jcremiah.
Dyas, infant; and the said Barton is
hereby ordered to exhibit an account of the
(aid adminiftratjon or t(uftee(hip before them
or any t*oof them, on or before the firft day
of April next, in Which (hall be included the
yearly value of the plantation and negroet-,
and other property belonging to Jeremiah
as, the ward of said joha Twiggs, of which he
may by any means be pofl’efled ; and that the
laid Willoby Barton do comply with the form
er order of this Court, on or before the firft
day of April next, under pain of a contempt :
Provided, a copy of this Order be duly served
on the said W.lloby Barton within ten days
