that city—Mr. Samuel D. Dickson, the t'uth-
er of the absconding Marshall, acting In his
son’s capacity. Tho Xews says :

brought up before the Court, it was announ
ced that there deposited iu tho National
Bank of Savannah a package of money to
tho credit of W. (1. Dickso. Into United
States Marshall of this Distric ’ipposed to

The undersigned have cxuuiiued the pack

port that it contains only counterfeit money
of the curreucy of the United States, and
have re-healed the same ami left it in tho
same hank subject to the further order of
this Honorable Court.
