Aldermen of the oily of Savannah and the hamlots there
of who are citizens or tho United States, tmvo resided In
the State of Georgia for one year Immediately preceding
the election and within tho corporate limits of Savannah
for nno month Immediately preceding tholr registration
and eoutlnue so to do up to ibeUine of election, who
have attained the ago of twenty-one years, have paid all
city taxes or have In tholr own right sufficient real estate
to satisfy any tax executions which may be against thorn,
who have made all returns required by the ordinances of
tho city, and have been registered according to tho pro-

A TRACT, well known as tho “ Fort Drahe Plants-
Ion.”.containing 3,000 acres of Land, principally first
juallty hammock, between lour and five hundred acres
of which Is thoroughly cleared, and at present in culti
vation. This place tor several years averaged two hogs
heads of Sugar to the acre, and every year thatdt haa
been cultivated has produced fine crops of com and
cotton.
These Tracts could readily be dlvidod Into two or
three plantations each, being well watered and surround
ed by high rolling pine land.
A TRACT or 1,000 acres on Orange Lake, consisting of

Savannah, they offer great inducements to planters In Ca
