Aldormcn of tho city of Savannah and the hamlow there
of who are citizens of the United States, have resided in
tho Blnto or Georgia for one year Immediately preceding
the eloctlon and within the corporate limits of Savannah
foronemoath Immediately preceding their registration
and eontinuo so to do up to the time of election, who
bsvo attained the ago of twonty-ono years, have paid all
the city, and have boen registered according to the pro
