MACON, May 22.—Both holders and buyers poem
disposed to uwuit tardier developments. We quote
11 toll} cents. Receipts light, and prospects of the
growing crop extremely gloomy.
AUGUSTA, May 20.—We have no change in prices.
Sales to-day 600 bales.
CHARLESTON, May 22.—The market was unset
tled yesterday. Sales reached nearly 1200 bales, and
sumo are said to have sold at }c under previous ask
ing prices. The sales were 89 bules at 11}; 42 at 12;
905 at 12}; 75 at 12} ; 34 at 11} ; 39 ut 12}e.
