part would be treated by them us a private nnd per
sonal matter. The argument was deferred to some
other duy.
Messrs. Coe nnd Connel left the court room, and
were met by Trigg and his friends, when u personul
assault occurred. Pistols were fired, and in the melee
Goc shot und killed Trigg. A general fight followed,
when Coe was attacked by three different parties, and

Gaines, closed in a contest with Connell, both fulling

During tlie summer season we frequently meet
with persons who are solely annoyed with black spots
about the size of a pin's head, just under the li
ning ol tho surface—these spots are truly annoying
uml repulsive in appearance ; they ore nothing more
or less than dust, tlie skin being warm nnd theindivid-
iial perspiring freely, the dust clogging up tile ducts ot
tiie sebaceous glands, tlieir oily secretions are not giv-
en on, nnd consequently a cheesy deposit in the result •
this becomes rancid and turns black, disfigures tbe
complexion, and oiten influmcH and suppurates.
Let Radwoy’s Soap be freely used, nbsorption wili
toko pluce, and tlie spots speedily disappear. Also, if
1 ad ways Soap was made use of us u Toilet Soap
through the duy, these spots, und other annoying ex-
cresecnccs, would not trouble you.
llie extraordinary effects oi’ Radway’s Soap, in re
moving Tun, Sun Burns, Pimples, Blotches, Pustules,
Tetter, Rush, Scurvy, Morphew, mid the Bites und
Stings oi insects, is truly astonishing; besides, it is
certain of transforming a dark, discolored, nnd repul
sive visage, to a clean and beautillil complexion. In
mi cures ask lor Radwoy’s Soup, and take none other.
