[ instructions and forms necessary to he observed by
Applicants for Bountv Land Warrants, under the Act
of Congress, passed September 28th, 1850, will pre
pare the necessary papers, and obtain the Warrants,

The provisions of the Act include the surviving

sicianBnnd Privates, whether of Regulars, Volunteers,
Bangers, or Militia who served in the war with Great
Britain of 1812, or in the Florida, or any other In
dian War, since 1790, and the Widows or Minor chil
