county :—The petition of John Walsted sheweth,
that Furney F. Gatlin, during his lifetime, made Ins
certain bond or obligation, which is now in Court
shewn, whereby he bound himself, bis executors,
bis heirs and administrators, to make titles to a cer
tain Lot of Land lying in the eleventh district of
Troup county, known ns Lot No. 93. to your petiti
oner, in the sum of five hundred dollars. Ymirjeti-
lioner prays that usual notice may be granted to all
parties concerned, to shew cause why Joseph Tooke
and Allen Tooke, administrators on Ihe estate of the
said F. F. Gatlin do not make titles to your petitioner,
in pursuance ol the conditions of said bond, and your
petitioner will ever pray, &c.
