There is perhaps no medical jbserratior
better established, none more generally/con
firmed bv the experience of the beat physict«

the changes of the weather are frequently

the principal of the six per cent, stock
ofthe United States, created under the au
thority of an Act of Congress, entitled “Au
Act authorising a loan for a sum not exceed
ing eleven millions of dollars,” approved on
the fourteenth day of March, one thousand
eight hundred and twelve, together with
the interest then due thereon, will be paid
to the proprietors of said stock, or to their
attorneys duly authorized- at the Treasury
of the United States, in Washington, and
at the several Loan Offices, on the boobs of
which any portion of said stock may stand.
A surrender of the Certificates of sai d
Stock, will bo required at the time of ptv
ment, and the interest on saiii Stuck will
cease, from and after the thirtieth day of
