Loan Association, praying the foreclosure of tho equity of

ham, and State of Qeorgla, and known and distinguished in
the plan of said city a* Lot No. Fifty-six (60), Brown ward,
of Mordecai Myers, substitute trustee under the marriage
settlement of Rob’t W. Pooler ond Mary J.. his wife, which
