the city of Savannah, on the first Tuesday in Decem
ber next, will be sold, all the right, title, Interest and estate
of which Uriah H. Bivins, died, seized and possessed, in and
to tho following tracts of land : one tract, conveyed to said
Bivins by Elizabeth Fryer, containing one hundred and
thirty-one acres, more or less: also, two tracts, conveyed
to said Bivins by Ebenezer Jencks, one containing 200
acres, the other tract containing 800 acres, more or less—
all of said land lying on or near the Ogeechee River, near
the head ol the canal; also, the interest of said Bivins in
and to tho Forry, near Old Fort Argyle, also, two negro
girls, Rachel, about 14 or 15 years old, and Dorcas, about 9
