Sec. 2. Be it further ordained by tbe Mayor and
Al iermenoftho Qty of Savannah and the Hamlets

dained by authority of the same, That the fees or
.too Health Officer (which shall be paid by too
owner, master, or consignee of any vessel) .bail
be as follows i
For boarding any vessel lying at the quarantine
ground, at Fort Jackson, two cents a ton up to 600
tons, beyond which no additional fee shall be
charged In cafe of a visit at night the fee« charged
shall oe double the proceeding: and all expenses

the Health Officer, except that the city will famish
a quarantine boat.
For visiting and inspecting a vessel which bu
been subjected to quarantine, and giving a permit
to come up to the city, five dollars.
Sec. 3. Be it farther ordained by the authority
aforesaid. That in case it shall be deemed necessary
by the Health Officer to send a patient to tbe Pe»t
House from the vessel, It shall be done by the
vessel's boat, or at the expense of tbe owner, mas
ter or consignee of such vessel, under a penalty in
case of failure or refusal, of not exceeding one hun-
dred dollars, to be collected In the usual manner os
prescribed by ordinance.
