ana IJr. Jonn Perkins, in Savannah; at Midway, of Mess.
Dunbar, Young and Simpson; and at Alatamaha; of
DONALD MACKAY.
N. B. Good and fufficient titles wih be immediately
made for the lands to whomsoever (hail become the poffei

duced out of calh prizes only*

A PLANTATION, situate cn Savannah river, con
taining 9co acres of land, of which 850 acres is river
twainp, waterca by spring tides, and about co acres of it
cleaned; the other 100 acres is exceeding good high land, is
chiefly cleared, and has a good dwelling-house thereon.—
The swamp abounds with a large quantity of very valuable
cypress, tit either for sawing or making of (hingles, very
convenient to a market, be ng about 14 miles dillant from
Savannah b land or water. —-For further particulars enquire
f either of the fubferibers at Savannah.
