St Louis, June 11 —Fred Bsek, who
is living in Decatur, Illinois, went home
last evening, ufter h three days’ debauen,
and was invited to taae a seat at tbe up
per table by his mother, whereupon he
commenced abusing her with vile 1 n-
guage. His father remonstrated and told
him he must ce* s* of leave the house, at
which he drew a revolver and shot his
father in tbe fane, inflicting an ngly bat
not dangerous wound ; he then fired a
ball into hisowu braio. At last accounts
he was in a dying condition.

Walworth, who was arraigned in Oyer
and Terminer to day, pleaded not guilty.
He will be tried in abont two weeks.
