forever ; Which depositions, with refped to the said
real estate, set forth (as far as the nature of cheum
ftances will admit) the particulars of the said John
Graham’s title, the nature of the premises, and
the places where situate; and which depositions
remain in the Protfionotary’a Office open to the in
fpe&ion of all persons whatsoever, and, unlefsgood
cause is (hewn, on oath, to the contrary, within
four calendar months after the publication of this
notice in the Georgia Gazette, I (hall declare, by
certificate under my hand, fubferibed. under such
{ depositions, that the fame Hand uncontroverted.
