Rules, and other Matters, which, by,
the Pra&ice of this Court, ought to
be polled up arthe Courthouse, have,
for fome Months pall, until this Time,
been pofteef up at that House in Saint
James’s Square where the Superior
Courts were lafl ho Idea;-And whereas
the said House in Saint James’s Squaro
hath lately been fold at puhlick Ven
due by the Marshal, and the Superior
Courts are now holden at the AfTemb
ly Room in the Stadthoule in Savan
nah: It is therefore Ordered, That,
from this Day, all Rules, and other
Matters, which, by the Practice of
this Court, ought to be potted, up at
the Courthouse, shall be potted up at
the Stadthoufe in Savantfkh, until his
Majesty’s said General Court, or the
Judges, or a Judge thereof at Cham
bers, shall order otherwise : And it is
laflly Ordered, That a Copy of this
Rule be infertei! in the next Gazette,
and continued there three Times.
