ing the foreclofure ol the equity of
redemption, in fix parcels or lots
of land lying in Lexington, in this
flare and county, known in the
plan of said town, by numbers
twenty-nine, thirty, forty-two, for
ty-three, forty-four and forty.five,
with all the improvements thereon
—the fame being mortgaged by
Thomas Going to said William &
Felix Gilbert
And on motion of Oliver H.
Prince attorney for petitioners,
It is Ordered,
That the principal, interefl, and
cells due on the said mortgage, be
paid into court within twelve
months from this day; and that
unless the fame be so paid, the equi
ty of redemption will from thence
forth be forever foreclofed.
And it is further ordered. That
a copy of the foregoing rule be
publiftied once a month during the
laid twelve months, or served on
the mortgagor or his special agent,
at lealt lix months previous to the
time the money is directed to be
paid as aforefaid.

his pofieflion a receipt given by
John Matthews, late Supervisor,
for the sum of twelve hundred and
fifty dollars, which has been loft
or pleftroyed, so that it cannot be
found, and the said John Darracott
having filed in this office, a copy of
said receipt, together with the usu
al affidavit in such cases,
On motion of Ebenezer H. Cum
mins, counsel for petitioner,
It is Ordered,
That the laid copy be eftabliffi
ed in lieu of the original receipt,
said to be loft—the said John Dar
racott firft publishing this rule for
the term of fix months in someone
of the public gazettes of this state,
requiring all persons concerned, to
be and appear at the next Superior-
Court, and Ihew cause (if any they
have,) why this rule shall net be
made absolute. ,
