TO THE SUPERIOR COURT OF
SAID COUNTY:
The petition of D. R. FRIED
MAN, R. SCHREIEER, anti R.
MILES, all of 1116 First National
Bank Biiikiing, Atlanta, Fulton
County, Georgia, respectfully shows
this Honorable Court the following
facts:
FIRST
Petitioners desire for themselves,
their associates, successors and as
signs *o be incorporated under the
name of FORSYTH COUNTY
LOAN COMPANY.
SECOND
The object of the corporation is
pecuniary gain and the general
nature of the business to be con
ducted by the corporation is that
of lending money, with or without
collateral, to members of the in
dustrial and working classes and
to others, secured in whole or in
part by personal endorsements or
by its own stock or certificates of
Investment or other personal or
real property. Said corporation will
also carry on a general loan and
discount business in every manner
provided by law; it shall have the
authority to lend money, discount
evidences of indebtedness, buy, sell,
and in every other manner what
soever handle credit instruments,
Installment notes and all other evi
dences of indebtedness, together
with the right to discount and re
discount credit instruments, wheth
er secured by collateral or unse
cured. and to sell and negotiate
the sale of every type of insurance
whatsoever, together with the right
to buy, sell, barter, and exchange
real and personal property of every
kind and description, and to do all
things necessary or incidental
thereto; the corporation shall be
authorized to operate pursuant to
the Georgia Industrial Loan Act of
1955, and to do all things author
ized or permitted by said Act.
THIRD
The principal office of said cor
poration shall he in Forsyth Coun
ty, Georgia, with the privilege of
establishing branch offices else
where, either within or without
the State of Georgia.
FOURTH
The authorized capital stock of
said corporation shall consist of a
minimum of 1,000 shares of com
mon stock with a par value of
SI.OO per share, with the right to
increase the capital from time to
time by the majority vote of the
stock then outstanding up to 10,000
shares.
FIFTH
The capital with which the cor
poration will begin business shall
be at least $200.00.
SIXTH
Said corporation will have exist
ence for thirty-five (35) years, with
the right of renewal at the expir
ation of that time.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray
to be incorporated under the name
and style aforesaid, with the pow
ers. privileges and immunities
herein set forth and as are now or
may hereafter be allowed to a pri
vate corporation under the laws of
Georgia. •

The application of D. R. FRIED
MAN. R. SCHREIBER and R.
MIRES to obtain a charter for a
private corporation under the name
of FORSYTH COUNTY LOAN
COMPANY having been presented
and examined, and it appearing
that the application is legal and it
further appearing by certificate of
the Secretary of State that the
name of the proposed corporation
is not the name of any other re
gistered corporation in the records
of the Secretary of State, the said
petition is hereby granted and said
corporation is hereby created under
said name with all the rights and
powers prayed for. together with
those rights and powers granted
by law to corporations of like
character.
This the 26 day of August. 1955.

dog,” she said. “I think It’s a fine
idea. Do let me help you choose
one.”
