bachelor of Journalism de

The course will be from
9:30 -11:30 a.m. at the Kiwa
nis building at the city park
on Pilgrim Mill Road.
The course will cover ba
sic baking techniques, and
will include several varied
recipes. Loaf breads, holi
day breads, rolls, buns and
ethnic breads will be cov
ered, too.
The instructor will be
Jackie Collins, who has been
an instructor for the park in
gourmet cooking for the past
four years. Mrs. Collins en
joys cooking for a hobby and
has catered for businesses
and small groups, as well as
individuals.
Registration for the course
is S2O. This does not in
clude a lab fee of $5, which is
due at the first class. Send
