Creek through March 21. The
program is open to grades 4-5
Cub Scouts and Junior Girl
Scouts wishing to earn their
God and Family medal. The
program highlights the value
of a strong family bond and is
designed to strengthen the
child’s relationship with his or
her family in the context of
Christianity. Parents are
encouraged to join their chil
dren as mentors for this pro
gram. You do not need to be a
member of St. Columba’s to
attend the God and Family
program as it is a non-denomi
national study designed for
Anglicans and Protestants.

Wednesdays from 5-6 p.m.,
with the exception of Ash

Abba House
... is a Christian church
with a ministry for women
with addiction or mental
health problems. The women
receiving ministry can bring
their young children after an
orientation period to live and
heal with them. AH is one of
the few programs where chil
dren can join their mothers as
they are receiving ministry for
addiction. Located on the bor
der of Dawson and Forsyth
counties, AH is a safe home
many women have never had.
Local churches and companies
that partner with AH will have
collection days where individ
uals will bring food, clothing,
baby items and furniture to
help support the ministries.
