Soldiers in Girard.—Wo are informed
tint a squad of Federal troops have been
lent over to Girard nnd have been on duty
there for several days. It is surmised that
this step has been taken because of some
objectionable conduct by tho militia or
pitrol forco of Bussell county towards the
freed men. It is also thought that urracgc-
wants are making for regularly stationing
