Soluble Pacific Guano.
VHIC composition of this GUANO is identical with
. Peruvian. It differs only i i the proportions of
the same elements. While it contains less Ammo
nia. it has nearly twice the quantity or Phosphate o;
Lime, fifteen per cent, of which is IMMEDIATELY
SOLUBLE. Its effects on cotton the past season have
in many instances excelled Peruvian Guano. It has
to nu ease proved less active to the early growth of
the crop. Wuen drought intervenes, the crop does
not suffer from its use, ss in the ease with Peruvian
Guano. By reason of the presence in it of so large a
per cent, of Phosphatejof Lime, its use improves the
soil to an extent that cannot be realized from Peru-
vi in Guano. Every cargo of this Guano is subjected
to rigid INSPECTION ANALYSIS, and is solo on a
basis of actual value. The undersigned agent is pre
pared to furnish the testimony of wait known Geor
gia and south Carolina planters, in evidence of the
superior excellence of this Guano.
