asylum for treatment.
On last Wodnosday, Tony Terrell,
(col.) was npprohondod on a states
warrant, for larceny from tho Iioubo,
sued out at tho iustanco of J. S. Hood
but up to Thursday ovoning no in
vestigation lmd boon made. Ho lmd
failed to give bond, nnd was register
ed at tho Mock’s Ilouao, and is occu
pying a room on tho second floor.
