tertain the entire membership of the
women of the Baptist church the first
week in January. We are hoping to
have 100 per cent attendance. The

the department of fine arts for the
best answers each month to the quiz,

tests must be sent to the state chair
man of juniors by April 1, 1935. Con
test entries must include name of
junior and club to which she belongs.
Only juniors belonging to club group
or auxiliary which is federated eithei
with the general or state Federation
of Women’s Clubs can compete. Con
tests must be typewritten and double
spaced. No material will be returned.
The policy of the general federa
tion has been to make suggestions
rather than rules as to the methods
of junior organizations. The present
plan in Georgia is the outcome of
policies adopted during the adminis
tration of Mrs. J. W. Gholston, and
is incorporated in the constitution and
by-laws. Judging the general plans
too elastic and preferring some more
definite regulations, there is a pro
posed revision of the general .federa
tion by-laws to include the junior or
ganizations. The committee appointed
to draw up the necessary by-laws will
submit them to the vote at the tri
ennial at Detroit r.ext June.

day on which the tax books of Taylor
