Mayor, Three Aldermen And A Demo¬
cratic Executive Committe To Be
Voted For Tuesday
At a meeting of the Democratic
Executive Committee of the City
of ForByth(a quorum being pres¬
ent) it was ordered that candidates a primary
for the nomination of
for mayor and three aldermen, to
be voted for at the regular election
on the first Wednesday in Decem¬
ber, next, be held at the Court
House in sain city on Tuesday,
the 8th of November
to open at 11 o’clock a. m.
olose at 5 p. m.
It was further ordered that
the same time and place, a
cratic Executive Committee
five, to serve for the ensuing
be elected.
It was further ordered that all
Democratic white voters living
within a radius of one mile from
the courthouse of Monroe county
entitled to vote under the general
laws of Georgia for members of
the General Assembly of Georgia
shall be entitled to vote at said
primary.
It was further ordered that no
vote be counted unless it coutaiu®
the name of one candidate Tor
Mayor and three candidates for
Aldermau.
It was further order d that each
candidate for mayor be assessed
the sum of three dollars, and each
candidate for alderman the sum of
-one dollar, for the expenses of Baid
•primary, to be paid to J. J. Cater,
Chairman, on or before Friday tlm
5th of November 1910.

Abercrombie for $2800.
One eight interest in the Willis
B. Huddleston estate consisting
of 805 acres was sold for $700.
The 265 acres of the T. P, Free¬

65 acres for $800. The remainder,
