wealth distribnted in a single Northern State by

Rhode Island, with reference to the manufacture
of a single product of the Southern States.
Rhode Island is near the size of some of the
larger counties of the State of Georgia, with n
soil extremely poor, and with a population of
less than 200,000 people. The average annual
amount received into that State for the cotton
