stepped in to investigate. They per

and I am thankful I did, for, after
taking three doses of Globe Tonic I
passed several worms one-half to
three-fourths of an inch wide to one
to two inches long. I told the dem
onstrator of this, and he told me it
was the joints of a tape worm and
that their Globe Tonic Worm Medi

which remedy I procured and went

IN REMEMBRANCE OF MR. GEORGE
MINIX,
So sweetly, so softly, with the
deepening twilight of Tuesday
evening in April, did the death
Angel visit Mr, Geo, Minix, and
make flight to heaven with its
claim, Mr. Minix was fiftv-six
years of age and needless to say
that his departure has made un
utterable sorrow in the home and
snadows in the hearts of the
‘many who loved him. He jleaves
‘a wife and five children to mourn
his loss. All his relatives were
present before his death except
his mother, who did not arrive at
his home in time to hear his last
words.
His body was laid to rest it the
Troupe Cemetery.
All the medical aid and all that
loving and faithful hearts could
do, was done, but his loved ones
could not stay the co'd hand of
death, our master called and he
had to go. Oh! such a sweet con
solutioa that we know he had an
experience of grace, for when
called’ to Jesus over the chilly
waters of death he said e was
ready.
The writer is not aware of
what church he was a member but
is of the opinion that he belonged
to the primitive Baptist.
During his illness he would of
ten talk to his children and tell
them how he wanted them to live
in this world. We would not
want him back in this old sinful
world of sin and sorrow, for he
has left a bright evidence that he
is at rest where will be no more
sickness, pain or death or no more
farewell tears to be shed. We can
not avoid sad feeling in our hearts
when we see his vacant chair.
His mind was clear to the last
as was his desire, He murnured
earnest prayers for those he loved
untiil the last, A precious one
fro n us is gone he shall sleep but
not forever in the lone and silent
grave, blessed be the Lord that
taketh, blessed be the Lord that
give in the bright eternal city,
death can never, never come, in
his own good time he’ll call us
‘rom our trials to meet him. We
would say to his bereaved wife
and children weep not, for your
loved one, he is safe in Heaven
and his works do follow, His daily
walk and *Godly conversation
p-ove to our minds that he is rest
ing, sweetly resting, The wife
has lost a loving husband, the
children a kind father and the
community a good citizen,
Leonne Deloraine.
