the fuperior cmirt of Randolph
county, which was made return
able to the faid court at March
term, in the year 1810, and di-
i cfted to the fhcrifF of Franklin
county, in which you are charg
ed of having entered your name
frau lulendy and contrary to law,
in the faid county of Franklin,
for one draw in the fccond land
lottery for faid flute, and to have
drawn lot number fourteen, in
the fourteenth dill rift of Bald
win county, and that the faid
fherifFhath returned thereupon
that you were not to be found.
You are therefore as well as all
other perfons, who have any in
ten*, ft in the f’id lot of land, re
tjaired to come forward and
make yourfelves parties in the
f lid caufe, and to anfwer the
allegations exhibited by the faid

which may have been had under
