for the inftrutlion of Officers, &c.
will commence at Eatonton on Wed-
nefday the 10th of September, and
end on Friday the 28th :—Likewife
at Elberton commencing on Thurf-
day the 4 th of October, and ending
on Saturday the 13th. All Officers
attending thefe inflitutions, will np-
, pear dri fted in (liort deep blue jackets
| (with Handing capes) £e pantaloons,
! white veils, black llocks and black
boots, or lpatterdafhcs As tents or
i huts will be provided, it is expected
that every officer will attend prepar
ed, to encamp upon the ground, in
a regular manner. Cavalry Officers
and Soldiers in their undrefs, and
properly equipped, will receive in-
itruftions in the exercifes fuitabie to
their Corps.—The Rules and Re
gulations, for the government and
obfervance of the officers while in
Camp, will be made known in due
time :—At prefent however, it is to
be undorftood, that no Officer will
be permitted to join in the Exercifes
and Framings, without a due and
conflant attendance, and likewife
ftrtclly conforming to every part of
the above requ'fitions.
P. S. Field officers will appear,
with their fide-arms, plumes, epau
lettes and commiffions ; and all of-
cers, with round black lrats.
