do not recollect which, 3 or 4 inches above his thumb,
made by the cut of a knife. He wore some goatees
when he left. He is a good hand with a Broad Axe, and

given him a pass; if so, he may be at Work not far dis

me is DINNIS, about 5 feet 10 or 11 inches
high, weighs about 165 or 175 pounds, dark complexion,
has a scar on his forehead above the left eye which he
says was done by the kick of a horse; also a scar on his
left cheek and a tii e mark on his right wrist bone. He
says he belongs to Mrs. Redkcca Beckard of Rich

The owner of said slave is requested to come for

DESCRIPTION.
Said White or Jackson is about 17 or 18 years
old, light built, about 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high,
dark hair, hazel eyes, dark eye-brows which nearly
meet, voice rather femenine. He had on when
he left a black frock coat, black pants, low crowned
Kossuth hat, in his conversation he uses very
profane language.
Said White was arrested, charged with steal
ing two Mules and a Negro. I will give the
above reward for his delivery to me in Milledge
ville.
Said White was formely from Habersham co.,
he says his mother is still living there.

PLAN OF THE LOTTERY.
The Numbers from l to 50,000, corresponding
with those Numbers on tho Tickets printed on
separate slips of paper, are encircled with small
tin tubes and placed in one Wheel.
The first 462 Prizes, similarly printed and en
circled, are placed in another wheel.
The wheels are then revolved, and a number is
drawn from the wheel of Numbers, and at the same
time a Prize is drawn from the other wheel. The
Number aud Prize drawn out are opened and ex
hibited to the audience, and registered by the Com
missioners; the Prize being placed against the
Number drawn. This operation is repeated until
all the Prizes are drawn out.
Approximation Prizes.—The two preceding and
the two succeeding Numbers to those drawing the
first 7 Prizes will be entitled to the 28 Approxima
tion Prizes. For example: if Ticket No. 11250
draws the $60,000 Prize, those Tickets numbered
11248, 11249, 11251, li252, will each be entitled
to $400. If Ticket No. 550 draws the $25,000 prize,
those tickets numbered 548, 549, 551, 552 will
each be entitled to $300, and so on according to
the above scheme.
The 5,000 Prizes of $20 will be determined by
the last figure of the Number that draws the $60,-
000 Prize. For example, if the Number drawing
the $60,000 Prize ends with No. 1, then all tho
Tickets, where the number ends in 1, will be en
titled to $20. If the Number ends with No. 2,
then all the Tickets where the Number ends in 2
will be entitled to $20, and so on toO.
Certificates of Packages will be sold at the fol
lowing rates which is the risk:
