tlie'r value. Among those we consider worthy of
notice is the German Bitters, invented by Dr.

superior virtues ol this medicine have been tested,
has fallen under our observation. During the lust
summer, a son of Mr. Abraham Crabill, of this coun

and after trying in vain various remedies, Ito pur
chased a bottle of the Bitters, and after using it,
was so much relieved ol his distressing malady, that
he procured another bottle, and it restored hiin en

Disease of Stomach Spine nnd Head.
For tiro benefit ofsiiffering -humanity, I hav
thought proper to Iny my ease before tiro public.
Having been severely afflicted for several years
with a disease of tiro stomach, spine and head—to
enumerate all the long train of symptoms with
which I was troubled, would occupy more space
than would ho interesting, Suffice it lo say, that
frequently niter eating, l would bo taken with vio

back of my neck, extending half way down the
spine, At such time* 1 wns compelled to take my
bed. These spells usually continued for several
hour*, and were frequently *0 severe ns to rend
life a burden. To obtain relief I bad recourse ro
trrobest medical aid the country afforded. Having
tried tiro most skillful physiainns in Romo, I applied
ot several (if the most eminent professional men of
the United State*. T wrote to Prof. Dudley,-of
Kentucky; lmd tho celebrated Dr. Mott, of New

plied also to the much extolled Dr. Zhirlmm ; and
then successively to Dr. Dugas*} of A tigusta, D
Batik*, of Gainesville, Dr. Fort, of Millotlgevilli
Dr. Catridgc, of Ghuttooga county, and the reput
ed Dr. M. 8. Thomson, of Macon. All having
failed to give relief, I finally, upon Dr. Jones, loca

the encouragement of others, T tun happy to certify
that Dr. Jones has given me more relief thnn all
the rest combined. T can now sny that toy health
