and assigned to divers persona either their indi
vidual creditors, creditors of the late firm of
Carnochan U Mitchrll, or other*, all nr sundry

af the Said firm, aa well a* their own Individual
property and estate, consisting together of
bouses, lots, lands, stores, wharves, negroes, he.
in Savannah and Darien in Georgia, or the
oeigliboihood thereof, and elsewhere with their
interest or abore in the stock of the lower
Oteam mill near Darien, and sundry ahares in
the United States Bank and other banks, as well
is sundry debts due to them in various places,
besides lands, lots, negroes, he. in the territory
of Florida, and particularly one large tract of
land bought of Forbes U Co. lying between
the rivers St. Marks and Apalachicola in the
territory of Florida aforesaid.
Thesoare hereby to caution the public against
purchasing any part of the said property or es
tate to conveyed, or any other property belong
ing to the said Carnochan U Mitchell, or cither
mf them, aa I hold prior mortgages on the great-
est part thereof, which are on record in the re
gistry in Savannali and Darien afbreaaid and in
Charleston, S. C. and equitable lelna on all the

an exclusive right to all the real and persons
estate of Carnochan 81 Miichel, are considered
aa informal, unjust and illegal. Hence they
bive been brought and are still hefure the court,
and other deeds have been executed and re-
corded, conveying the property for the use of
ell their creditors, Mr Christie Included, with
out any trust or reservation beneficial to C, it
M. or their families; and if this be not agreea
ble to that gentleman, it must ncyerthelesi ap.
