and arc vacant at the time of the survey thereoF,
originally granted to Wolfgang Mock, deceas
ed on the second day of April, one thousand
seven hundred and sixty-five,to secure the pay
meuiof the sum of eighty dollars, on the fourth
day of pecetqbcr, eighteen hundred and three,
wild* inmreat at the rate of six per cent, from
tlyt (ninth day of December, eighteen hundred
and two; and i* appearing to the Court that
there is now due on said bond and mortgagethe

cf the defendants, resides without the limits of
the District of Georgia—U is ordered, that the
aaid Lewis J. Dugas do appear ut the term of
this Court, to be holden at Savannah, on thp
fourteenth of December next, to answer to thftv
plaiimfis on the merits of their said petitimv f
end that a copy of this order be published in
ohe of the gazettes of this state for three
mouths; and that the plaintiffs have leave to take
