claims to be decided upon by thisCum-
mission, memorials of which claims linvo not
yet been presented, or which, having been
presented, have not yet been received by this
Board, do tile original or supplemental me
morials, as the case may be, in their several
claims, on or before the 1st Monday in Octo
ber next: und that each of the said memo
rials shall be prepared und verified in confor
mity with the rules prescribed in the order of
this Board of the 7th of April last.
