O RDERED, That ull persons having
claims to he decided upon by this Com-
missmn, memorials of which claims have not
yet been presented, or which, having been
presented, have not yet been received by this
Board, do file original or supplemental me
morials, as the case may bo, in their several
claims, on or before the 1st .Monday in Octo
ber next ; and that each of the said memo
rials shall he prepared and verified in confor
mity with tlio rules prescribed in the order of
this Boiird of the 7th of April last.
OitDmtED, That all cases, in which me
morials hove been received by this Board, be
sot down for examination after the expiration
of six months from the date hereof; if, how
ever, after the lapse of snid term, any claim
ant shall show good cause for not then en
tering upon the"examination, a further time
may be allowed.
Onnnitcn, That in nil cases whore the
claimant shall deem it necessary to take tes-
limony in support of tlioir claims, the said
testimony, if taken within a district where
commissioners have been appointed by the
Circuit Court of the United States to’take
affidavits, shall be taken before such Com
missioner ; if no such Commissionerrs, than
before ony other person qualified by law to
administer an oaih.
Ordered, That all persona having claims
under the Convention between the United
•States and Ins Majesty the KingofB^wmarkf
be permitted to support their respective
claims by arguments of counsel, but ififlfc
every such argument shall bo reduced to
writing and filed in the Secretary’s office.
Ordered, That the several claimants un
der the said Convention be permitted, under
the direction ofthe Secretary of the Board,
and in Ins office, to examine the memories
and documents in the several cases before this
Board, and to file objections accompanied by
arguments, to such cases as, in the opinion
of the remonstrants, ought not tc favora
bly received ; such objections and arguments,
in cascR in which nu mortals have been re
ceived, to be filed prior to the first Monday
in January, 1832, And thnt time mnv benl-
lowed to claimants to prepare and file the
memorials above mentioned, it is further.
Ordered, Tliut when this Board adjourns,
it will adjourn to meet again on Monday, the
3d of October next, at which lime it will pro
ceed to decide whether any memorials which
may have been tiled with the Secretary, prior
to the said 3d of October, in pursuance to the
above order, shull be received for examina
tion.

of the substitute, but enables the invalid to
have recourse to a medicine of groat value in
cases where it is inconvenient, to visit the
spring, and under circumstances and at sea
sons when the bottled water cairenoilh r be
obtained or preserved in a stats of purity.—
And as attempts may be made to imitate this
powder, by substituting uu article of inferior
quality, the proprietor is determined to have
it prepared under his own inspection, and has
appointed Marshal Slocum, Druggist, corner
of Broadway and Duane street, New York,
agent for the sale of this powder, to whom ail
orders may be addressed.
