$500 Worth of Valu;
Every white man or woman attending this sale will receive a ticket free fpr the presents. Remember you do not have to bid on a lot to re

WE MUST SELL!
So come and secure a bargain in residential property that js bound to increase in value. Many have made thpusands of dollars investing in'
Valdosta real estate and none have ever lost. Pinehurst Pkrk offers to the homeseeker or investor one of the best opportunities to secure
first-class residential property at his own price that has ever\been known in the history of Valdosta and you can not afford to miss this chance
to secure, at least, one of these lots. Many of Valdosta’s representative business men have already built elegant homes adjoining this prop
erty and many others have bought in Pinehurst Park and art* to build homes for themselves at once. Wide avenues have been graded
through the property and hundreds of dollars have been spejit on improvements. Bargains for someone.
