That they desire for them
selves, their associates and succes
sors, to be Incorporated under the
name and atyle of Mutual Supply
Company, for a period of twenty
yearn, with the privilege of renewal
at the expiration of said term.
2. That the object of said cor
poration Is pecuniary gain to Itself
and its stockholders.

company shall be 215,000, all com

said capita] stock not to exceed

the same to an amount not below
