esixte of Mrs. Elizabeth H. Whitedeceased,respect
fully slioweth to the Court t At he has fully ducharg,
ed the duty assigned him as such Executor, and
therefore petitions the conrt for a discharge from
said Executorship. JOSEPH C. WHITE, Ex’r.
Onhearing the above petition, it is ordered that el*
tatiouhe issued, and that all persona concerned, be,
and they arehereby required, to show cause, if any
they hove, < n or before the first Monday in May
next, why the said Joseph C. White should not be
discharged from his Kxecatorsbin, and why letters
Dismissory should not be grantee him. And it is
further ordered by the Court, that this citation be
published in one or more public Gazettes of this
State, for the spaee of six months.

There is hear 600 acres or quite, of open land, the I
greater portion now under cultivation by self aud
others. The tract can be divided into three parts,
and each bave a portion ot the cleared land. Some
portions have been under cultivation twelve years,
and as fresh as the day it was cleared, and will bring
Cane, Cotton, (Sea Island or short Cotton,) Corn,
Peas, Potatoes, Ac., equal to any land in Florida; a
portion of each is now growing on the land, which I
will ahoar its capacity to yield in each crop. There
is a Sugar Mill, driven by water; also Gin and Mill,
and Kettles in battery, screw power, which can be
had with the larger proportion cf the tract. Said
land lies on the Wekewa branch of Waoosossa,
right in the centre of that great Gulf Hammock, is
95'miles by water from Cedar Keys, seven miles'
from the station of the Florida Railroad, this side
of Chauky Pond, and which road will be finished to
that station time enough for the present crop. As
any one desirous of purchasing will want to aee if, s
farther description is unnecessary. Terms—one-half
cash, balance on one and two yeaTs, -at 8 per cent,
interest, secured by mortgage until final payment.-
