River Swamp—the Pine, covered with the best large

Swamplands, which are as fi-rtile os any in the
State, are high enough for successful cultivation,
without drainag or embankment
This place presents advantages unsurpassed. It
can easily be divided into two Plantations; is acces
sible by railway to the brat markets—Augusta, Sa
vannah and Macon; is well improved, with a largo
and comfortable framed Dwelling, good Negro Cab
ins, Gin House, Screw, Ac. Ihe lands are unpro
ductive for Cotton, Corn, Ac. os any in Middle or
Southern Georgia. The place is healthy, water good,
range for stock of all kinds excellent, both in winter
and summer.
There are, also, a Post Office (Oconee) and Rail
Road Station (No 14) on the Plantation. Also, a
good Store Ilonse—the neighborhood affording a
good stand for a Country Store. On the Plantation
