We find the amount of taxable
property on lie digest of 1882 to
bo $1,400,114, from which for that
year the county tax was $0,800.7!)

erty on digost of 1883 to be $1,-
425,018) on which wo recouiniond
a tax for county purposes, which
added to thi state tax will m ike
sixty-five cents ou the hundred
dollars, includiug state tax on the
state tax to bo levied for the cur
rent year for general county pur
poses. We further fiud a default
in giving in property on tho di
gest of improved lands, $52,083,
and on digest of wild laud no
find a further sum of $22,258,
which laBt amount is produced by
an average of forty dollars per lot

year.
