pistols, squibs, or other instruments where*
in the article ol gunpowder is used, within
the limits of tho city of Savannah, by in-
considerate persons almost every ctening.
•Be it therefore Ordained, That from and

form against all and every white person
found within the limits of the said city dis
charging or attempting to discharge any

free white person to be fined in a sum not
exceeding $30 ; and if any person of color
