Wayne, beglnningsouth at a wall and in-
oluding the laid wall, and running thence
northwardly to the river one hundred ‘ and
ninety one feet, thence Eaatwardiy along
the river Savannah seventy-five- feet,
thence southwardly one hundred and nine
ty one feet to the said wall, and including
the said wall; thence along the said wall to
the place ofbeginniug: Leaving and re
serving always a passage or road sufficiently
wide for wagons and other carrtsgiSs to
past and repats with convenience through

Ferry wharf, with all and singular the Im
prorements thereon, which lot of (and die

the improvements thereon was mortgaged
by Isaiah Deranport late of the County

ty Two to secure the payment of the sum
of two thousand two hundred Dollars in
two equal instalments, that is to say .the
sum of eleven hundred dollars on the first
day of January one thousand eight hun
deed and twenty three, and the futther
sum ofeleven hundred dollars on the first
day.of January one thousand eight hundred
and twenty four, with interest at eight per
cent per annum on the said two thousand
two hundred dollars from the said recond
day of April 1888 according In the condi
tio'n of a bond executed by the said Isaiah
Deranport io his lifetime to the »aid Abr’m
Richards, bearing even date with the said
nortgnge, and it appearing that there was
lue on said bond the third day of Septem
bar 1884, the piincipal sum of one thou
sand and twelve dollars and ninetv cents,
exclusive of interest thereon, which stll'
remain* unpaid. And it also appearing
that the said bond and mortgage with all
the right and interest of the said Abraham
Richards to the property In tho said move
gage described, were on the second day ot
February 1888 assigned for a valuable con
itrioratlon to the said Silas Holmes by the
said Abraham Richards. On motion of
MoAIHster Sr. Bulloch, Attorneys for tha
petitioncis, it is ordered bbat the Heirs or
legal Representatives of the said Isaiah De
tanport do pay ihtothis Conrt within 18
months from this date tile principal and
interest duonn the said bond and the costa
of this application for foreclosing of the pre
arises or in default theteof the equity or re
demption of the said heirs aon-legal repre
sentatives of the said Isaiah Devanport to
the said Mortgaged pretniies be thence
forih in! forever foreclosed. And it is
further ordered that a copy of this rule be
•erred on the heirs & legal representative:
of the said Ualah' Devanport at least six
months before tho time appointed for the
payment of said sum of money into Coart,
or published innne of the G.zrttes of the
city of Savannah in said Slate ence a
month for twelve months before ilie time
aforesaid, And that further and other pro
