actions in Uganda have teen limited at a

It is also mentioned by the Captain that
the schr. Superb Hope, Chase, of Harwich,
which sailed from Charleston on the 9th
inst. with a cargo of 174 Uhls rice, for
Matanzas, has lieen wrecked on \haco—
crew saved and arrived at M’tanzas, via
Na*sr.:, N. P. and that a hermaphrodite
brig, with a cargo of rice, from Charles
too or Havannah, was reoorted to have
been wrecked on Abaco—crew saved.
A leper of the Sill mentions that the two
last cargoes of rice sold at 9 1 4 a 9 12
rials, but the Quality was very good.
