All High Class Novelties
in Spring Dress Goods.
The woman who waits until spring to
begin the making of her spring clothes
certainly must not realize that in our com
plete showing of new wash goods is in
cluded practically every popular novelty
and desirable staple weave of the season.
When we announced our first display of
wash goods, we styled it “comprehensive,”
because it was so wonderfully complete.
Practically all the high class new spring
weaves are displayed now in most
pleasing variety that strongly' cries' for early
buying. There has been unusual demand
on the manufacturers this season, so that
it will be impossible, for us to “fill in the
gaps” when the now perfect assortment
is broken.
Among the most popular spring wash
goods that we are offering now are Silk
Zephyr Ginghams, Batistes in linen finish,
Dinettes, Silk Eoliennes, Soisettes, Percales,
French Cambrics, Madras, etc.

CITY COURT ADJOURNS
AFTER 4-DAY SESSION
Verdict of Not Guilty Returned In the
Case of David Einstein.
The City Court was adjourned by
Judge Croaland at noon today, after
an interesting session of four days.
Quite a number of cnses, both crim
inal and civil, were disposed of. There
were several cases in which some in
terest centered, but few of enough gen
eral Internet for publication.
Among fhe oases around which most
interest, centered was that against Mr.
David Einstein, of Camilla, charged
^cheating am) swindling. The
with
case was made by Clark ft Co., local
cotton brokers.
The prosecutors charged that Mr.
Einstein had 'phoned them to sell two
cotton contracts for lilm, saying that
the necessary money) had'been sent
by mail. They claltfied that the con
tracts were sold, btic the money never
arrived, and that the deal had to be
closed, with a loss to complainants.
The defendant nverred that he had
nbt advised Clark & Co. to make the
deal, but had only discussed the mat
ter with thorn. The Jury leturned
verdict of not guilty.

Are the ladies guessing? That’s the

Mr. Thomas, the great mogul of the
Albany aggregation, has offered a free
season ticket to all the games played
at tile ball park this season to the lady

“They will be perfectly lovely, of

slightly pigeon-toed, with wild-looking
nails protruding from the soles. There
will be an amber ankle support on the

gathered at the waist by a double,
hack-buckled belt and darted to the

coloring as the shirt. The shirt will
be the same color as the pants, only
different, but both will be Nile Green.

Ills hair will be some shade that will
