departure in the religious work
of this community. Pastors Kemp

Methodist and hat Ban

ing here. The meetings will prob-
and* ablv beheld in the Baptist church
yvill Sunday. begin w.th Ilevs. ,he regular
services Cochran
and Kemp are expected Monday

turn at the sacred desk. The
people are most cordially invited
to attend these services.

from ltev. Joe Jones that he will
close a meeting in Jasper, Fla.,
in ten days or two weeks and that

from the meetings.
Holds Up a Congressman.
“At the end of the campaign,” writes
Champ Clark, Missouri’s brilliant con¬
gressman, -‘from overwork, nervons ten¬
sion, loss of sleep and constant speaking
I had about utterly collapsed. It seemed
that a bout all the organs in my body were
out of order, but three bottles of Electric
Bitters made me all right. It’s the best
all-around medicine ever sold over a
druggist’s counter.” Over-worked, run¬
down men aud weak sickly women gain
splendid health aud vitality from Elec¬
tric Bitters. Try them. Only 50c. Guar¬
anteed by S. P. Williams,
Returned from Dallas.
Mr. J. H. Knight returned Saturday
from tnc Dallas re-union. He reports a
splendid trip and an enthusiastic gather¬
ing of the boys who wore the gray. The
ouly regretable feature about the re-un¬
ion was the fact that it was over-run
with visitors aud outsiders who had no
right to intrude themselves unduly. This
they did to an extent that robbed the
meeting u$mucli of its social pleasure.
Mr. Knight was very favorably im¬
pressed with the air of business aud pros¬
perity which now characterizes the great
west.
