Dangerous if Neglected.
Burns, cuts and other wounds
fail to heal properly if neglected
and become troublesome sores. De-
Witt’s Witch Hazel Salve prevents
such consequences. Even where
delay has aggravated the injury
DeWitt’s Witch Hazel Salve effects
a cure. “1 had a running sore on
my leg thirty years,*’ says H. C.
Hartly, Yankeetown, Ind. “After
using many remedies, I tried De-
Witt’s Witch Hazel Salve. A few
boxes healed the sore.” Cures all
skin diseases. Piles yield to it at
once. Beware of counterfeits.—

A young man named Chapman
who has been in Toccoa for several
weeks, was arrested last Friday
afternoon on ths charge of bigamy.
Chapman came here some time ago
and commenced taking orders for
fruit trees, and, incidentally, it
would seem, making love to the
girls. One young lady fell a victim
to his charms, aud soon afterwards
they were married. Just a few
hours after the ceremony was over
the young lady’s father, acting up¬
on information he had just received
had Chapman arrested. Mr. F.
Barrett was sent over to South
Carolina to secure witnesses (for
in that state they do say he has
some half-dozen wives) and return¬
ed Monday evening with sufficient
proof to convict the gay fellow,
and stop hitn tor awhile, at least,
in his mad career as a masher.
Chapman was bound over ro court
in a bond of $300. He seemed to
take matters easy and does not ap
p.irently realize the seriousness of
the charges against him.
