in Leesburg and Smithville on Sunday, November 11.

Leesburg Police Files Weekly Report
Leesburg Police Chief Charles
Moore reports that officers
worked several cases during the
past week including cases that
involved larceny, vandalism, and
wanted person.
James Crimbley. 30. of 1300
Edgerly Avenue, Albany, was
charged with larceny on Novem
ber 12 by Officer Chris Prokesh.
Crimbley was charged with theft
by taking of items valued at
$2300 at a Main Street address.
The victim believes that Crimbley
took a herring bone necklace and
bracelet set valued at $500, two
gold anklets valued at $100, three
rope gold chains valued at $700,
one gold ring valued at $700 and
a Nikon camera valued at $300.
Officer Gregory Barrett worked
a vandalism case November 12 at
the high school. The victim told
Officer Barrett that some un
known person! s) scratched his
truck. The vehicle was scratched
from the left side all the way
across to the right side and had a
small scratch on the extended
portion of the cab on the driver's
side. There are not any known
suspects at this time.
Carl A. Taylor. 22, of 108 A
Cedar Street, was charged with
probation violation by Captain
Monterey Moody on November
11. Taylor was arrested on a war
rant and transported to the Lee
County jail.
Officer Gregory Barrett was
dispatched to a Walnut Avenue
address in reference to vandalism.
