The Eighth Annual Christmas
Parade was held Saturday, De
cember 1.
Sponsored by the Lee County
Chamber of Commerce and the
Leesburg Civitan Club, the pa
rade was the largest ever with 73
entries.
In the commercial division, A-
1 Wrecker Service was awarded
first place, Pressley Electric was
awarded second place, and Buf
falo Rock Pepsi was awarded
third place.
In the non-commercial division,
Kinchafoonee Primary School
was awarded first place, Girl
Scout Troop #103 was awarded
second place, and the Sertoma
Club was awarded third place.
